RMA service request
The procedure for reporting the service proceeding for wholesale customers:
- telephone or e-mail contact to check available dates
- filling in the commercial service procedure form for the needs of the repair register
- delivering the equipment in person or sending it to the service address - in both cases necessarily with a printed and signed form of commercial service procedure
- in case of shipment, please secure the equipment carefully - we are not responsible for damage caused during transport
Not following the above procedure or ignoring any of the steps may result in delayed diagnosis and, in extreme cases, refusal to accept the service and return the equipment at the customer's cost - submit a repair for wholesale customers
