Technical Support for Drones and UAV Systems
Are you experiencing a problem with your drone, controller, camera, software or another component of your UAV system? Before the device is sent for service, many issues can be identified based on the error message, circumstances in which the issue occurred, photographs, video recordings or diagnostic data.
We want to help as quickly as possible. Preparing a few basic details before contacting aeroMind significantly speeds up the initial diagnosis and helps us determine whether the problem can be resolved remotely or whether the device should be sent for service.
Technical support or service?
Do you need help with your device?
Contact us if you are seeing an error message or experiencing a problem with configuration, an update, connectivity, an application or the behaviour of the device and would first like to determine the possible cause.
Prepare the information described below – it will help us analyse your case more efficiently.
Contact technical supportDoes your equipment require diagnostics or repair?
If the device is damaged, has been involved in a collision or the issue requires physical diagnostics, please use the aeroMind service procedure.
The service page contains the repair request form, instructions for preparing the device, service address and information on the diagnostics and repair process.
Go to aeroMind ServiceHow to report a technical problem
When contacting technical support, describe the problem as precisely as possible. We recommend preparing your report using the following five points.
What is happening?
Describe the symptoms you are observing. Explain what does not work or behaves differently than expected.
When did the problem occur?
Let us know whether the issue appeared during flight, system startup, charging, a firmware update or in another situation.
Can the problem be reproduced?
Tell us whether the issue occurs constantly, intermittently or only after a particular action.
What messages are displayed by the device?
Send us the exact wording of any error message. A photograph or screenshot is best.
Include information about the equipment.
Provide the device model, serial number and – where relevant – the firmware or application version. Attach photographs or a short video showing the problem.
What information can help with diagnostics?
Device
- exact model,
- serial number,
- firmware version,
- accessories or payload in use.
Problem
- exact error messages,
- when the problem occurred,
- how often it occurs,
- actions performed immediately before the issue.
Supporting materials
- photos of the device,
- screenshots,
- short video recordings,
- flight logs, if available.
If the problem appeared after a collision, uncontrolled landing or another incident that may have caused damage, do not perform another flight simply to check whether the device still works. Describe the incident and contact technical support or proceed directly to the service procedure.
What can you contact us about?
- error messages during drone startup,
- firmware or application update problems,
- connection problems between the drone and controller,
- GNSS, GPS or RTK issues,
- video transmission or control link problems,
- unexpected system behaviour during flight,
- camera, payload or other equipment problems,
- battery and charging issues,
- questions regarding equipment configuration,
- faults that may require the device to be sent for service.

serwis@aeromind.plFrequently asked questions
Does every problem require sending the drone for service?
No. Some problems may be related to configuration, software updates or correct system operation. In many cases it is therefore worth starting by contacting technical support.
When should I send the device for service?
If the device is physically damaged, has been involved in a collision, there is reason to suspect component damage or the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the device should undergo service diagnostics.
Should I send the drone directly to the aeroMind address?
No. Service repairs are handled according to a separate procedure. Before shipping the equipment, register the service request and read the current instructions on the aeroMind Service page.
Should I send a photo of the error message?
Yes. A screenshot or photograph showing the exact message is usually much more useful than describing it from memory. If the problem can be seen while the device is operating, a short video can also be very helpful.
Do you need the serial number?
It is worth preparing it before your first contact with us. It allows us to identify the device precisely and may be required during further handling of the service case.
Does the problem require repair?
If the device requires physical diagnostics, go to the service page. You will find the current repair request procedure, instructions for preparing the equipment and information about delivering the device to the service centre.
